Tani Moritoshi (谷衛利)
Moritoshi TANI (1614 - February 21, 1652) was the successor of Yamaga Domain, Tanba Province. He was the first son of Morimasa TANI, the second lord of the domain. His mother was from the Yamaguchi clan. His lawful wife was a daughter of Morinari TANI.
His children were Morihiro TANI (the first son), Sadatane TAKAGI (the second son), a daughter (wife of Takasada ABURANOKOJI), and a daughter (wife of Morimasa TANI.)
His common name was Jinkuro.
Moritoshi TANI was born as the legitimate child of Yamaga Domain, however he died in 1652 at the age of 39 without inheriting the reigns of the family. Instead, the first son Morihiro became the legitimate child.
